Shivanee is a 500+ hour trained yoga teacher whose personal healing journey shapes her calm, grounded approach to sound healing. Her work is especially supportive for those carrying the quiet weight of busy minds and full days.

Through gentle guidance, breath awareness, meditation, and therapeutic sound, Shivanee creates a space where the body can soften and the mind can settle. Her sound healing sessions invite deep rest — allowing participants to release tension, reconnect inwardly, and feel held in stillness.
