New to yoga or visiting Oma for the first time?

This page answers the most common questions about our classes, studio guidelines, and what to expect before your visit—so you can arrive feeling prepared, relaxed, and confident.
Studio Guidelines & Etiquette
-
To preserve a calm and respectful space for everyone, we kindly ask that:
-
Classes begin on time—please arrive early
-
Mobile phones are kept outside the yoga room
-
Personal belongings are stored in designated storage areas
-
Silence is maintained in the yoga room and common areas during class times
-
Students remain in the room for the full session unless absolutely necessary
Injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy
-
If you have any injuries or health conditions, please inform your instructor before class. Our teachers can offer general modifications, but we encourage you to practise within your personal limits.
-
At this time, Oma does not offer prenatal-specific classes. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before attending and reach out to us beforehand for guidance.
