We begin by tuning our voices together through the ancient resonance of 108 OMs, followed by guided mantra chanting.This collective vibration helps to clear mental and emotional stagnation, harmonise the body, and gently prepare the system for deeper inner work.

Hour 2 · Sound Healing Soundscape

Sink into an immersive sound healing journey as Gabrielle and Shivanee weave together layered harmonic textures.This hour is designed to support emotional release, spaciousness, and inward awareness, allowing the body and mind to soften naturally.

 

Hour 3 · Restorative Yoga with Singing Bowls

We close with a nourishing restorative yoga practice, supported by live singing bowls.
Gentle postures and resonant frequencies work together to guide the body into profound rest — offering a final landing before stepping into the new year.
